Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA seeks a Banquet Bartender to oversee beverage service for the Banquet Department, ensuring accurate service and ABC compliance. You will help set up banquet bars, manage Micros transactions, and coordinate with servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, handling cash drops, and assisting as a Banquet Server/Cashier when needed, while working flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• This role requires a valid Class A gaming license.
• Must pass ABC CA laws and PRC SOP tests.
• Riverside County Food Handlers Card required.
• 3–6 months related experience or bartending school with recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Beverage sales for Banquet Department per SOP and ABC laws.
• Set up/strike banquet bars with glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Process cash drops, Micros transactions, and hosted events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars and supplies.
• Serve as Banquet Server/Cashier when needed.
• Close Micros cash drawers and related paperwork after events.
