Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA seeks a Banquet Server to support buffets, plated service, receptions, continental breakfasts, and refreshment breaks within the Banquet Department. You will setup stations, interact with guests, and ensure flawless service delivery throughout events.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience. Must be able to lift 8–10 plates and work nights, weekends, and holidays; strong English, reading BEOs, and

Qualifications

H.S. diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year related experience.
Must read and write English.
Must understand BEOs and diagrams.
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must qualify to obtain a Class A gaming license, Food Handlers, Tips Certification.

Responsibilities

Setting up tables and side stations with silverware, bread and butter plate, coffee cup, napkins, salt, pepper, and food plates.
Lifting trays with 8–10 plates on them.
Converse with guests and fulfill requests to the best of your ability.
Bussing and clearing debris and dirty dishes.
Stock and store food and beverages as ordered.
Clean and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and coffee rooms.
Maintain and clean coffee urns and iced tea machines.
Other duties as assigned.
