Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating.
• Take and retrieve guests' beverage orders; use suggestive selling when required.
• Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs; respond promptly; maintain positive guest relations.
• Be familiar with hotel services and local attractions to answer inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations.
