Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Banquet Server to provide attentive food and beverage service during banquet events, coordinating with the kitchen and staff to deliver a seamless guest experience. You will set up, serve, maintain, and break down banquet rooms and stations, respond to guest requests, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the Conference Center.

The position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position.

Responsibilities

• Set up, serve, maintain, and break down banquet rooms and stations.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Maintain supplies neat and organized to department standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and communicate issues to management.
• Work with the kitchen to fulfill orders from function sheets.
• Greet guests warmly and adhere to grooming standards.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed.
• Maintain equipment security and inventory.
