Job summary

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about event menu items, settings and service ware.
• Set up, serve, maintain, and break down banquet rooms and food stations.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction throughout events.
• Maintain supplies and equipment in departmental standards and secure items daily.
• Review function sheets at shift start and maintain safety and cleanliness in all areas.
