Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking motivated dining staff to provide exceptional service at events and catered functions. You will serve guests at assigned stations, adapt to guest requests, and maintain high standards of hospitality throughout events.

This role requires 18+ years of age, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A Food Handlers Card is required (or obtained within 30 days) and alcohol awareness certification as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Banquet or convention services experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
• Must have or obtain alcohol awareness certification as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests at assigned station quickly and courteously.
• Observe guests and fulfill requests; note when meals finish.
• Assist other servers to ensure efficient service.
• Complete assigned side work as directed.
• Set dining tables to established standards.
• Familiarize self with menu items on daily menus.
• Pre-set tables/rooms with linens and tableware for events.
