Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Card required.
• Ability to set up and break down banquet spaces.
• Friendly, courteous, professional service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room per Banquet Event Order, including linen and service ware.
• Greet guests and serve food/beverage as directed by Banquet Captain.
• Bus dishes promptly and replenish beverages as needed.
• Reset banquet rooms for subsequent functions as instructed by Supervisors.
