Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Managers in welcoming, serving, and providing a positive experience to members and guests.
• Setup banquet room as requested by the supervisor.
• Attend roll call meetings prior to banquet kick-off.
• Serve beverages and menu courses in appropriate order.
• Remove plates and glassware as guests finish their courses.
