Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Lake Tahoe is seeking a friendly banquet server to deliver exceptional service at Harrah's/Caesars Republic events. You will work with the banquet team to greet guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure smooth operations for meetings, conferences, weddings, and other gatherings.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, attentiveness, and teamwork. Candidates should have at least 2 years of waitstaff experience, be fluent in English, and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years Waitperson experience preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Above average communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers at assigned station quickly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Obtains food and beverage from prescribed locations and serves customers according to established procedures.
• Observes guests to fulfill any additional requests and to note when meal is finished.
• Assists other Waitpersons in a cooperative manner to ensure efficient service to guests.
• Completes assigned side work as directed.
• Familiarizes self with all items on daily menus.
• Sets tables/room with linens, china, etc. keeping in consideration the events prospectus and following established procedures.
• After events, cleans away service and accessories.
• Clears dirty dishes from tables as guests finish with course (when applicable)
