Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages where required by state law.
• Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Managers in welcoming, serving, and providing a positive experience to members and guests during banquet functions
• Setup banquet room with glassware, service ware, and linen as requested
• Attend roll call meetings prior to banquet kickoff to learn responsibilities and expectations
• Serve beverages and courses in the correct order
• Clear plates and service ware as guests finish courses
• Comply with all laws and requirements related to serving alcohol
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction, perform related duties as assigned
