You will anticipate guest needs, maintain a positive attitude, and work closely with the banquet team to ensure flawless service and a memorable dining experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 2 years of waitstaff experience, and strong English communication skills.

Competenze

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years Waitperson experience preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Above average communication and guest service skills.

Mansioni

• Serves customers at assigned station quickly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Obtains food and beverages from prescribed locations and serves customers according to procedures.
• Observes guests to fulfill requests and note when meal is finished.
• Assists other Waitpersons to ensure efficient service.
• Completes assigned side work as directed.
• Familiarizes self with all items on daily menus.
• Sets tables/rooms with linens and service ware following event prospectus.
• Cleans away service and accessories after events.
• Clears dirty dishes from tables as guests finish with courses.
