Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking Banquet Servers to deliver prompt, courteous service at events. You will assist guests, answer menu questions, and ensure smooth dining experiences with attentive preparation and presentation.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, prior banquet hotel experience, and Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits. You must be able to stand for long periods and handle varying event schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Banquet experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit and Liquor Permit required.
• Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with excellent customer service.
• Accommodate special requests.
• Knowledge of food and wine and menu/buffet details.
• Serve guests food and drinks during events.
• Prepare room for events (set tables, dishes, silverware).
