Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Banquet experience preferred in hotel environments.
• Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits required.
• Ability to handle busy events and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with excellent customer service.
• Accommodate special requests.
• Knowledge of food and wine including the ability to answer questions related to the menu or buffet.
• Serve guests food and drinks during event.
• Prepare room for event (set table cloths, dishes and silverware as needed)
