Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Server to provide our guests with quality food and attentive service in a lively, upscale setting. You will uphold professional appearance and hospitality standards while coordinating with event staff for seamless service, from setup through wrap-up, ensuring guest satisfaction.

This role requires you to be 18+, able to carry trays up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and work nights and weekends. Prior POS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to carry a tray weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Stand/walk for entire shift.
• Prior knowledge of POS systems.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Available nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room(s) with linen and china as instructed.
• Serve food and/or beverages while maintaining consistency.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Communicate clearly with staff for event success.
• Perform side duties to support overall productivity during events.
• Clear space of linen, silverware, and trays after event.
