Responsibilities

• Provide guests with excellent service at banquet functions.
• Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed.
• Prepare rooms for events (set tablecloths, china, glassware).
• Serve food and drinks during events as required.
• Answer questions about menus and buffet details.
• Work independently under guidance from Banquet Captain or Manager.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
