Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a banquet/server role to deliver timely, courteous service for events in a vibrant, guest-focused environment. You’ll handle setup, food and beverage service, and collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate will have prior food & beverage or hotel banquet experience, strong wine knowledge, and a passion for creating personable guest interactions. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquets or hotel experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine.
• Ability to get along with staff and guests.
• Passion for creating ridiculously personable experiences!

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with timely and courteous service at banquet events and encourage repeat visits.
• Serve food and beverages at banquet functions in a timely manner in a team-focused environment.
• Prepare venues and set up as needed for events and conferences.
• Support banquet leadership and follow directions from the Banquet Captain or Manager.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
