Job summary

Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience is required, with a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You will bus, set tables, prepare rooms, and answer questions about menus while upholding the standard of personalized service Kimpton is known for.

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquet or hotel experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine is a plus.
• Ability to work with guests and staff in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with excellent customer service and accommodate special requests.
• Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed.
• Prepare room for events by arranging tables, dishes and silverware.
• Serve food and drinks during events as required.
• Answer questions related to buffet or menu.
• Act with independence while following guidance from Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
