The University of Notre Dame, a premier campus community, is seeking a Banquet Server for Three Leaf Catering in our Hospitality & Dining team. You will serve food, pour beverages, and assist guests according to Morris Inn service standards to create memorable events.

Qualifications

• Time management with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Knowledge of food safety procedures for handling, storing and serving food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare table service for functions under direction of Banquet Captain or Lead Banquet Server.
• Follow written specifications from events department.
• Assist with equipment removal after meals.
• Serve banquet functions and handle guest requests with professionalism.
• Follow guidelines for safe food handling.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and in good condition.
