Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to join our team and help prepare banquet spaces for events. You will set up function rooms, serve and bus tables, and assist with tear-down and cleaning to ensure flawless service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in food service, preferably banquet service, and knowledge of wine and spirits. Ability to work under pressure in a 4- or 5-star environment and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions: draping tables, silverware, napkins, centerpieces, and beverages.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function locations, clear and reset tables.
• Break down: bussing tables, storing linen and centerpieces, vacuuming.
• Clean back hall, organize storerooms, and stock workstations.
• Assist with event room setup and monitor guest satisfaction throughout service.
