Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to join our team at a world‑class property. You will help set up banquet rooms, serve and bus tables, and assist with tear-down, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

The role requires 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in a banquet setting, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. You must thrive under pressure and demonstrate excellent communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- to 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function location, and clear after meals.
• Break down and clean up, including bussing, linen handling, vacuuming, and storeroom organization.
• Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and dietary considerations; welcome guests warmly.
