Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Position Overview

Join our team as a Food & Beverage Server at The Belgrove, a 4‑Diamond resort in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
• Prepare specified areas for food and beverage service: guest rooms, conference rooms, buffets, dining rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain general knowledge of menu, wine list, and all hotel facilities/services to respond to guest inquiries.
• Provide the highest quality of food, beverage, atmosphere and service.
• Address, resolve, and report complaints promptly.
• Complete side work promptly and in accordance with standards.
• Promote strong communication and teamwork between dining room, kitchen, and other departments.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance per dress‑code for uniformed associates.
• Assist associates with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Foster a cooperative working climate to maximize productivity and employee morale.
• Perform all job functions, special projects, and tasks as assigned.
