• Event Set‑Up — Prepare banquet spaces according to event orders, including tables, linens, chairs, buffets, décor, service stations, and equipment.
• Service Execution — Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during events, following club standards.
• Breakdown & Reset — Clear rooms, store equipment properly, reset spaces, and ensure areas are left clean and organized.
• Operational Support — Assist with polishing glassware/silver, stocking supplies, moving equipment, and other duties as assigned.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with banquet captains, culinary staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth event flow.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour

Position Overview
The Banquet Server supports the successful execution of private events at our country club by handling all aspects of set‑up, service, and breakdown. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, enjoys fast‑paced event environments, and takes pride in creating polished, memorable experiences for members and guests. Hours vary based on scheduled events.
Key Responsibilities:

• Event Set‑Up — Prepare banquet spaces according to event orders, including tables, linens, chairs, buffets, décor, service stations, and equipment


• Service Execution — Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during events, following club standards


• Breakdown & Reset — Clear rooms, store equipment properly, reset spaces, and ensure areas are left clean and organized
