Role Overview

Are you a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented server? Greek Peak Mountain Resort is seeking Banquet Servers to provide exceptional service at weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, and more. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and creating memorable guest experiences, we want you on our team!

Qualifications

• Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work late shifts and stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, in a banquet setting.

Responsibilities

1. Event Service & Setup:
   • Prepare banquet spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and buffet stations.
   • Serve food and beverages efficiently.
   • Clear tables and reset for upcoming events.
2. Guest Interaction:
   • Greet guests warmly and professionally.
   • Respond to guest requests and share menu knowledge.
   • Assist with dietary preferences as needed.
3. Operations Support:
   • Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
   • Monitor and replenish supplies.
   • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
4. Clean-Up & Maintenance:
   • Clean and reset banquet areas after events.
   • Store equipment properly.
   • Assist with inventory checks.
5. Additional Support:
   • Assist Food & Beverage Team during non-banquet periods.
