Job Description

We are seeking a courteous and professional banquet server responsible for greeting, assisting, and serving guests at special functions and events. Responsibilities include event planning, preparation, clean-up, serving guests, and responding to questions, complaints, and requests.

Successful candidates should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be professional and polite, and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and assisting with seating.
• Ensuring guest comfort by answering questions, taking orders, conveying instructions to kitchen and bar, and serving food and beverages.
• Circulating with trays of appetizers and drinks.
• Directing guests to services and leading tours of the venue.
• Assisting with event setup, cleanup, and packing away tables, linens, and buffet items.
• Supporting staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Following safety and quality regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet age requirements for alcohol service.
• Courteous and attentive to guests.
• Physical ability to stand, climb stairs, and carry heavy items.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
