Job summary

The Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. The role involves providing professional service at Club events, banquets, meetings and weddings, with support for setup, service, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Hours are variable, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior serving experience is preferred, and a SC Alcohol Beverage License (ABL) is required.

• Assist with event setup, food and beverage service, event breakdown and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Follow directions and work collaboratively with the team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: BANQUET SERVER

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing professional, attentive, and courteous service during Club events, banquets, meetings, weddings, and other private functions. This position assists with event setup, food and beverage service, event breakdown, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout each function.

This is an as-needed, variable-hour position. Hours are based on the Club's banquet and event schedule and may vary from week to week. There is no set weekly schedule or guaranteed number of hours. Employees may be scheduled for individual events based on business needs and availability. Flexible availability is important, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is well suited for individuals seeking flexible work around another job, school, or other commitments.
