Position: Banquet Server (Part-time)

Job Pay Range: $16 - $18 (Based on qualifications)

Primary Purpose:

To provide guests with an excellent banquet experience.

Work Performed:

The Banquet Associate's duties include:

• Setting up and breaking down banquet meeting spaces according to Banquet Event Order instructions, including tables, linens, settings, centerpieces, dishes, audio-visual equipment, and other event provisions.
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of banquet spaces before, during, and after events.
• Communicating effectively with guest contacts to meet guest needs and provide excellent service.
• Serving food and beverages per company standards.
• Observing health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
• Managing audio-visual equipment during events.
• Following all safety and security policies, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Performing any additional tasks necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of the role.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience: 6 months serving experience with medium to large groups.

Preferred Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Required Licenses/Certifications: Food Safety certificate and Alcohol certification (training provided within 90 days).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.; bend and squat repeatedly; walk and stand for the duration of the shift.

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
