Overview

POSITION PURPOSE: Set up the banquet room and serve food and beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to Pyramid Hotels' high standards.

Essential Functions

• Set up banquet room as instructed by Banquet Captain, including linen, serviceware, and glassware.
• Attend pre-event roll call meetings to learn function details and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve food and beverages as directed, ensuring consistency, and bus dishes promptly.
