Job Summary

The Banquet Server provides banquet service to Members and Guests, maintaining a positive attitude and knowledge of the food and beverage menu. Collaborate with team members to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve Members and guests according to company standards.
• Know the banquet/event menu, a la carte menu, and daily specials.
• Set up, bus, and clean rooms properly; prepare for next events.
• Know the available liquors, beers, and wines.
• Interact professionally with Members/Guests, accommodating last-minute requests.

About You

• Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by local regulations.
• Completed F&B Service Training.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
