Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver food and beverages at banquet events in Oswego, NY, ensuring safety and company standards. The role involves setup and breakdown of the banquet room and delivering cordial, efficient service to guests.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and written communication are required.
• At least one year of experience in a restaurant setting is required.
• Previous banquet experience is preferred.

• Can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Stay current on all emergency procedures and acts accordingly.
• Wear proper uniform and name tag at all times in accordance with the standards of appearance.
• Attend department meetings.
• Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company, including those contained in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

General Description

The Banquet Server serves food and drinks to guests during banquet events following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or she interacts with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner and may help with setting up and breaking down the banquet room before and after events.

Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Education and Qualifications
