Job summary

The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 5-star setting with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or banquet operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service standards, event setup, room diagrams, BEO execution, and service flow.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces by arranging tables, chairs, staging, linens, and décor according to diagrams.
• Break down and reset rooms quickly and quietly between events.
• Safely transport and store banquet furniture, linens, service ware, and AV equipment.
• Maintain pristine event spaces and ensure luxury standards.
• Work with banquet captains, servers, and event managers to support event flow.
