Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or banquet operations preferred.
• Ability to read and execute event floor plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury standards.
• Flexible schedule - nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces by arranging tables, chairs, staging, linens, and décor according to diagrams.
• Break down and reset rooms quickly and quietly between events.
• Safely transport and store banquet furniture, linens, serviceware, and AV equipment.
• Maintain pristine event spaces, including vacuuming, polishing, and ensuring all items meet luxury standards.
• Work closely with banquet captains, servers, and event managers to support seamless event flow.
• Provide discreet, polished assistance when interacting with guests.
• Follow hotel safety protocols for lifting, equipment use, and emergency procedures.
