Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Iowa is seeking a Banquet Captain to ensure consistent, efficient, and welcoming service for all banquet guests. The role partners with the Banquet Manager to deliver remarkable service, manage time and resources, set up food and beverages attractively, and engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.

You will also help maintain cleanliness, care, and inventory of equipment and work areas, with full-time hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to five hours.
• Flexible to varied hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Banquet Manager to deliver remarkable service.
• Demonstrate time, staff, and resource management for efficient operation.
• Set up food and beverages in an appealing manner and assist in service.
