Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• 2-5 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Cash handling knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff and operations to ensure smooth service.
• Train and develop banquet team members through coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate banquet functions with Catering/Sales, AV, Kitchen and Chef teams.
• Oversee banquet room setups, assignments, and floor plans.
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and troubleshoot issues during events.
