Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Banquets Supervisor to oversee banquet staff and coordinate all food and beverage services for events. You will train team members, ensure adherence to hotel standards, and manage setup, inventory, and post-event reporting.

You will work closely with the Catering/Sales, AV, Kitchen and Chef teams to ensure flawless execution of every banquet function and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Cash handling knowledge required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise banquet staff, servers, bar porters and bartenders.
• Coordinate all food and beverage services for banquet events.
• Train the banquet team and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Prepare station sheets, floor plans and instructions for events.
• Oversee banquet room setup per BEOs and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of tools, linen, and beverages.
• Collaborate with Catering/Sales, AV, Kitchen and Chefs to ensure smooth events.
