Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience required.
• College degree; may substitute additional experience for degree.
• Strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Delphi System knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of banquet operations.
• Assist with staff selection, training and supervision.
• Supervise housemen including performance, worksheets and hours.
• Assist with payroll reviews and scheduling of Banquet staff.
• Maximize labor efficiency and coordinate pre-function briefings.
• Ensure banquet checks and event documents are completed accurately.
• Maintain inventory and par stock, coordinate equipment allocation.
• Collaborate with Chef, Stewarding and Beverage for setups.
