Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise catered events per client specifications (BEO).
• Direct banquet staff during events; ensure guest satisfaction and presentation standards.
• Communicate expectations clearly to staff.
• Coordinate food service between kitchen and banquet staff.
• Assist with training and development of banquet service staff.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol policies and safety.
