Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Attendant to configure rooms, prepare for events, and assist with break downs for banquets, meetings, and special events. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to event orders and safety standards.

A strong guest-service mindset and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Responsibilities include precise room setup, equipment handling, and collaboration with supervisors to ensure events run smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; additional related experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits and ability to present them is valued.
• Must possess and maintain New Mexico Alcohol Server License.
• Tribal preference for Mescalero Apache/Indian preference applies; multicultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality service to guests during events.
• Set up and break down banquet rooms for meals, receptions, and meetings.
• Read, interpret, and operate Banquet Event Orders.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with team and supervisors; adapt to schedule changes and overtime when required.
