Job summary

The Banquet Manager will support other F&B outlets as needed, assist the sales team during campaigns, and drive guest satisfaction through meticulous coordination and leadership.

Qualifications

• One year of event catering/management experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in the service industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain banquet and meeting rooms; preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinate guest requests with operations during events; serve as point of contact.
• Promote positive morale and attentive service.
• Complete administrative duties: payroll, changes in guest requests, banquet checks, function surveys.
• Participate in weekly meetings, BEOs, and leadership discussions.
• Work within budgeted revenues and labor models.
