Montage International is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead the banquet team and oversee events at our luxury property in San Diego. You will supervise staff, coordinate with clients, and collaborate with culinary and Meetings & Events teams to deliver seamless experiences.
You will manage daily operations, ensure high service standards, and maintain safety and sanitation guidelines. A strong background in banquet supervision and knowledge of beverages is required, with availability for weekends
Competenze
- Experience leading banquet operations and staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports using MS Office.
- Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages is required.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

- Oversee daily banquet operations, staff scheduling and supervision.
- Serve as liaison for clients and hotel teams during events.
- Plan and execute all banquet events with culinary and Meetings & Events teams.
