Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage banquet schedules and staffing.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Stewarding teams during events.
• Develop SOPs and ensure operational consistency across banquet operations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members to maintain a high-performing culture.
• Address performance issues in accordance with HR policies.
