B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Operations leader to ensure effective daily management of the banquet department. The role drives revenue, maximizes profit, and ensures quality while supervising staff to meet guest needs and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff, delivering excellent service, and upholding health and liquor regulations. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive banquet experience; minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels; problem-solve with team members and guests.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical: lift up to 50 lbs regularly; occasional keg handling up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• 1 year of banquet experience in hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee effective operation of banquet outlets; lead staff to meet business goals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction; uphold food & beverage service standards and timely responses to needs.
• Coach, hire, and develop team members; set goals and provide feedback.
• Support revenue goals and cost control; schedule labor according to budget.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication; participate in department/hotel meetings.
