B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an Area Conference Services Manager to own the guest experience from contract to execution for multiple hotels.

You will oversee events, ensure seamless turnover from sales to service, and identify opportunities to upsell and enhance offerings. The role requires 2+ years in conference center operations with supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of progressive conference center experience required, with a minimum of one year supervisory/management experience.
• Prefer 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a hotel setting of similar brand or distinction.

Responsibilities

• Detail BEOs for upcoming meetings/events and manage guarantees and final payments.
• Enter group rooming lists and distribute updated confirmations to clients.
• Coordinate group resumes with details for the operations team.
• Enter reservations for groups, wholesalers, third parties, and other channels as needed.
• Assist with billing, charges and turnover communications to clients.
