The role requires 2+ years of banquet experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Effective Operation of Banquet Outlets: lead staff to meet goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Guest Service: ensure standards and respond to guest needs promptly, train staff in service.
• People Management and Development: recruit, coach, develop and evaluate team members; ensure training records.
• Financial Expectations: support revenue goals, control costs and labor; assist in budgeting and procurement guidelines.
• Safety/Risk Management: conduct routine inspections to meet health, safety, and brand standards.
• Self/Workload Management: maintain clear communication and attend department/hotel meetings.
