area, is seeking a banquet server to deliver high-quality food and beverage service in a friendly, professional manner. You will set up and reset banquet rooms, ensure compliance with health regulations and liquor laws, and contribute to a warm guest experience. The role requires 1+ years of guest service, a high school diploma or GED, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or the ability to obtain certification is required.
• Must have one or more years of previous guest service experience.
• Must have exemplary customer service, attention to detail, and ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
• Serving Duties: Sets up, maintains, and takes down banquet rooms after service/event.
• Helps control expenses: Use of banquet collateral and equipment; cost controls.
• Works Safely: Maintains a clean and safe work area per regulations.
• Self/Workload Management: Plan, organize and prioritize duties; attend meetings.
• Teamwork: Assist bartenders; collaborate to meet guest needs.
