B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly, professional server to prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring exceptional service and strict adherence to health regulations and local liquor laws.

This full-time role requires weekends and holidays, with responsibilities including taking orders, upselling menu items, maintaining clean service areas, assisting bartenders, and collaborating with other departments to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner. Provides the highest quality service and establishes appropriate rapport with all guests. Understands and follows guest service recovery program.
• Serving Duties: Listens attentively, takes orders accurately, and uses proper serving techniques. Knowledgeable about specials and promotions and actively up-sells menu items to maximize revenue potential. Adheres to health regulations and local liquor laws. Follows cash handling/POS procedures.
• Side Work: Completes all required side work including cleaning restaurant, server stations, coffee stations, coolers, vacuuming, trash removal, and stocking supplies.
