HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Lead to coordinate and support event execution across banquet staff, catering, and hotel departments. You will ensure proper setup, timely service, and guest satisfaction, while managing BEO requirements and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and professional communication in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Willingness to pitch in and help coworkers as a team player.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and serviceware.
• Ability to transport up to 30 lbs through crowded banquet areas.
• Ability to stand for long periods and adapt communication style.

Responsabilidades

• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure event details and schedules are communicated.
• Set up banquet rooms according to BEO specifications and serviceware.
• Inspect banquet rooms and public areas for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Coordinate banquet staff with event setups, scheduling, and room resets.
• Communicate BEO changes to catering office, supervisors and departments.
• Serve as a point of contact for group representatives during functions.
• Lead banquet servers in greeting guests and fulfilling guest requests.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards and event requirements.
• Replenish beverages and monitor guest needs throughout functions.
