Qualifications

• 2+ years of banquet, restaurant, or hospitality service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced event environment.
• Professional appearance and guest-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead banquet team during events and ensure smooth service.
• Model the VIVAMEE Virtues in interactions with guests and staff.
• Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate expectations to staff.
• Oversee event setup, including linens, tables, décor, stations, and equipment.
• Assign roles to banquet servers and support staff.
• Ensure proper timing of service (cocktail hour, courses, transitions).
• Act as the primary contact during events for service-related needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues.
• Coordinate with culinary, sales, and operations for event success.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Oversee breakdown and post-event tasks.
• Ensure uniform and presentation standards.
