Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for banquet operations across multiple event spaces.
• Mentor banquet managers, captains, and service teams to deliver high‑touch service.
• Partner with sales and culinary teams to plan and execute events.
• Oversee scheduling, labor forecasting, and cost control.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
