Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a Cook 1 for the Banquet Kitchen at The Langham Huntington in Pasadena, CA. You will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items for Banquet Event Orders and assist with station setup and service.

Responsibilities

• Supply workstation with needed products and equipment for prompt production.

• Prepare food per current standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain stations and equipment following safety rules.
• Store food properly with labels and dates to protect against waste.
• Report accidents promptly and follow safety policies.
• Schedule flexibility to reflect hotel business needs.
