Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen or line cook experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle high-pressure rushes and multiple orders.
• Strong understanding of safe food handling and cooking temperatures; ServSafe is a plus.
• Dependable work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude with availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook line items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
