Sidelines Restaurant Group in Michigan is seeking a dependable line cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to our recipes, maintain station readiness, and help ensure timely deliveries during peak hours.

This role requires strong teamwork, adherence to ServSafe standards, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Flexible evenings and weekend shifts are available, with opportunities for cross-training and growth

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen or line cook experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle high-pressure rushes and multiple orders.
• Strong understanding of safe food handling and cooking temperatures; ServSafe is a plus.
• Dependable work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude with availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook line items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
• Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station with ingredients, tools, and supplies.
• Order Execution: Cook and assemble items quickly and accurately during peak hours.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and proper storage protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
